Returns Policy
We do not deliver faulty products ,however if you wish to exchange a product due to wrong size ,this can be done within 30 days from delivery and must be accompanied by the invoice and packing pillow box and warranty certificate. The postage expenses will be supported by customer both ways ;to warehouse and back to customer(this includes envelope and postage stamps)
You cannot return products if:
-The product have been used
– The product is not accompany by its original pillow box and warranty certificate
– Damaged items (intentionally damaged with burns, cuts or stained)
-After 30 days of purchasing
In the above mentioned cases, money back policy cannot be applied
Rights of return is not granted to special products if they have been manufactured or modified according to specific orders of the buyer.
