The shackle closures with the screws are made of materials that are water resistant. For a long life we recommend prolonged contact with water, chemical solutions (perfumes) and / or with other chemicals not to affect the quality. In general, thorough cleaning is preferable.
The screw is detachable from the shackle closure and in case of direct contact with the hand or clothing, there is a possibility that the screw may come loose. In this case, we recommend occasionally tighten the screw very well.
